 Every semester we have students come to us from other programs because they did not feel prepared.  There was too much material given too fast and absolutely no time to study to retain what was taught day to day.  There were no questions or discussions allowed in the classes due to the large size of the classes (over 150 students) and

there was little if any training in:  system correlations, EKG's, radiology (CT and X-Ray), dermatology, grafts, biostats.  Shockingly, mnemonics were used in many cases to teach pharmacology (a quick path to failure on Step 1).  Pharm is SO critical that we devote one full day every week to it!  You WILL know pharm when you finish Boards Ready.  It is literally intertwined in one way or another in over 50% of your Step 1 exam.
